Application:

Apply after lipstick, following the natural outline of your lips then use the point of the definer to line lips and then hold the definer tip flat against lips to fill in lip color.

Key Tip: To help keep lipstick on longer, outline and fill in entire lip area with Lip Definer, then apply lipstick on top.
