Shipping Policy

9.1 We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $70 USD or more. The qualifying order total is calculated after discounts and before shipping is added. US orders below $70 USD are subject to shipping charges. International orders are subject to shipping charges regardless of order value; free shipping does not apply to international orders.

EU Shipping

Orders to the European Union are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from dispatch. Standard shipping is $12.95. Free shipping does not apply to EU orders.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

9.2 Allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship weekends and holidays. We ship orders quickly, usually the same day. During heavy sale times there might be a delay in shipping. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

9.3 When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email, which will include your tracking number. Order status usually updates within an hour after the order has been placed, but functionality and uptime cannot be guaranteed.

9.4 When placing your order please ensure that the shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. You are responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete details provided to us.

9.5 All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact courier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

9.6 We do not ship to hotels or mail forwarding companies.
