When you place an order on kimberleyjarrettbeauty.com, once an order is placed and processed there are no returns or refunds, other than for faulty items.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, other than for faulty items which must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of package and the item(s) will be replaced. Once the item(s) have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a (excluding original shipping cost). We endeavor a process replacements as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for replacements to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your replacement once processed.
Faulty product(s) must be returned unused and have their original packaging or the product(s) will not be accepted. Product(s) that have been used, altered or is found to be damaged by you will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a replacement refused.
You are responsible for all products until a faulty item is returned to us. We are not liable for the loss in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
EU Customers — Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
However, please note the following exception: Kim Jarrett Beauty products that have been unsealed or opened cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons. This exception applies under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, unopened and sealed items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to withdraw
- In their original, undamaged packaging with the hygiene seal intact

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
