Refund Policy

All sales are final, except for faulty products and returns required by applicable consumer law, including the EU right of withdrawal described below. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty products

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a replacement, subject to a quality review. Contact kimjarrettbeauty@gmail.com for assistance before returning an item. Returned faulty items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items altered, used, or damaged by you are not eligible under our voluntary replacement policy. These conditions do not limit remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Please allow 5 working days for replacements to be processed after the returned items have been received and reviewed. We will email you an update on your replacement. Original shipping costs are excluded from our voluntary replacement policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for the items until they reach us. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and retaining the tracking number. This does not limit your statutory rights.

EU customers: right of withdrawal

EU customers may notify us of their decision to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. This statutory right is an exception to our final-sale policy.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from this right once unsealed after delivery.

To initiate an eligible EU return, email kimjarrettbeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. For sealed hygiene products, the hygiene seal must remain intact. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Eligible withdrawal refunds include the original standard delivery charge; additional charges for a more expensive delivery method are excluded. Refunds will be made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
